It's less than 80 days now...

And really it's less time than that since I will be having a c-section a week early.  But I figure, it's about darn time I get into gear about getting things ready for him.  I started really working on his dresser this week.  I sanded, primed and painted.  It took a few coats, and the dresser isn't going to be 100% fabulous, but you know, it's like 40 years old, the wood is warped in places, it's chipped, it's straight banged up.  And since I couldn't find Matt's sander, I had to do the sanding by hand, and so it's not perfect.  But that is going to be the magic of it.  Please see the pictures of before and almost completely after. (I am still looking for the perfect knobs, which I might end up painting myself too).  Also sorry about the format of the pictures, I am still trying to get the hang of the new blogger format.
