I have baby weight to lose. There I said it. I have 15lbs to lose to get to pre-Dexter weight, 30lbs to lose to get to pre-Lucy weight, and 200lbs to lose to get to pre-Matt weight (anyone get the joke? I know it was lame).
Aaaaaanyway...I keep telling myself that I have to lose a Lucy to get to a good weight. And that is kinda what I am shooting for, but my first goal is to just start working out. We got a membership to they local YMCA and both Matt and I are working on losing our baby weight.
Back in Vegas, Matt and I took a boot camp class that was amazing. We both got in crazy shape, granted I didn't lose much weight, but I lost inches which is always the goal right? I never thought I would find a class that was a good comparison. And I still haven't, but the class I took yesterday was the closest.
We ran. We jumped. We did push ups. We did crunches. And as a result, every muscle in my body hurts. Every.single.one. Of course it's that good muscle hurting that you get after a good work out, but I hurt nonetheless. Even the tops of my feet hurt. But, no pain no gain right?
Go Rando! I need to get back into shape too. I would love to hear more about your gym journey as inspiration!
