This weeks menu

This week isn't going to be anything special or great.  I am pretty tired tonight so writing my menu and thinking of grocery shopping exhausts me even now.  But, hopefully I will stick to it!

Monday-Tortilla soup.  I use the recipe that comes on the back of the Tillemook packaging.  It's super easy and super good.
Tuesday-Spaghetti.  Hitting the basics here.  We love ourselves some spaghetti around here.
Wednesday-Honey garlic chicken. I have made this a few times and it has quickly become a favorite around these parts.  I serve it over rice and even Lucy asks for thirds.  There is never enough for us.
Thursday-Lazy day casserole.   This will be the first time I will have used this recipe.  If anyone else has used it, please pass along what you think.
Friday-(wait for it) Pizza!
Saturday-BBQ
Sunday-Salad

**Edited 10/4:  I made the lazy day casserole on Wednesday instead of Thursday.  I also substituted sweet potatoes for regular potatoes, didn't have bell pepers and I used hot italian sausage.  It was really really good!

So there you have it.  Sometimes pretty easy and simple.  I might change things up here and there (like I usually do) but for the most part, this is what will be on our plates!

This post have been linked up over at Frugal by Choice, Cheap by Necessity!  Please go and check them out for some more menu ideas!
