This weeks menu

Eeek!  My birthday is this week so really I didn't think I should have to cook at all, you know, to celebrate.  But that won't fly over here because one, I have children that beg for food all the time and a husband that also wants dinner like the second that he walks in the door.  So, much to my chagrin, I am cooking.

My best friend is still here in town until Tuesday, so I did consult her on what I should cook this week.  This is what we came up with:

Monday:  Spaghetti with garlic bread
Tuesday:  Spicy honey pork ribs  (the recipe says this is for chicken, but I have pork ribs in the freezer to use so I am using pork)
Wednesday:  Fried rice (Mmmmmm....fried rice)
Thursday:  (my birthday)  French onion soup (and birthday cake, lots and lots of birthday cake)
Friday:  Pizza
Saturday:  Going out for my birthday dinner
Sunday:  BBQ and salad

I am not sure where we are going for my birthday dinner, I left Matt in charge of planning.  I will let you know where we go.
