This weeks menu

Starting this new year off in style!  Well not really.  I am still wearing my old stained, torn, holy clothes BUT, we are starting Weight Watchers (actually we are just following the eating plans not actually going to meetings or anything) and I have hopes (and dreams) that one day, I will fit into the reeeaaallly nice jeans that I have in my closet, that aren't ripped, stained or have holes.

It's a new year right?  A girl can dream (or do).

Ok, now onto this week's menu, and as I mentioned earlier, I am breaking it down breakfast, lunch AND dinner and throwing in some kiddie kinda foods for my wee ones.

**Disclaimer**  Breakfast and lunch will more than likely be the same every day.

  • Oatmeal
  • Tuna and crackers
  • We are going to a friends house for dinner
  • grapefruit

  • egg sandwich
  • tomato onion salad

I am making a pan of pasta with butternut squash with shredded chicken in it on Tuesday for lunches for the kids (they both loved it two weeks ago) and they will both get an egg quiche cupcake for breakfast each day with a piece of toast.

And that concludes the severely detailed menu plan for this week!

  1. Good luck on your lifestyle change...refuse to say diet...because they never work. I did Weight Watchers one is a great plan.
