It's a new year right? A girl can dream (or do).
Ok, now onto this week's menu, and as I mentioned earlier, I am breaking it down breakfast, lunch AND dinner and throwing in some kiddie kinda foods for my wee ones.
**Disclaimer** Breakfast and lunch will more than likely be the same every day.
Monday

- pasta with butternut squash (it was sooooooooo good last time that I have to make it again!)
I am making a pan of pasta with butternut squash with shredded chicken in it on Tuesday for lunches for the kids (they both loved it two weeks ago) and they will both get an egg quiche cupcake for breakfast each day with a piece of toast.
And that concludes the severely detailed menu plan for this week!
Good luck on your lifestyle change...refuse to say diet...because they never work. I did Weight Watchers one time...it is a great plan.
