Cool Off This Summer With Frozen Yogurt Smoothies From Red Mango #sponsored

Recently I was contacted by Red Mango and was asked to write up a quick review of their smoothies. Under full disclaimer, they sent me a gift card for us to use to purchase our smoothies.  And really, who would say no to some frozen yogurt?  Definitely not me.

So we headed out to our local Red Mango, the one in Redmond Town Square where they have that super awesome little playground that I talked about on Instagram this week.  It was a beautiful day, so while we enjoyed our smoothies, the kids played and Matt and I got to relax a little.

Lucy was amazed by the fruit "buffet" and she kept saying she wanted everything on her frozen yogurt.

She was also very confused by these boba balls.  I had no idea how to explain them.  She still wants to try them.

In the end, I told her we were just going to get smoothies so that we could pass them all around and taste all the flavors.  The lady working the register looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered too because I told her I wanted four smoothies, of various flavors just as long as they didn't have strawberries, since Dexter has an allergy.  I then had to tell her that I just wanted to try them all, so pick four.

I think she did a great job on the four she picked.  We all enjoyed them very much.  And to be honest, I hadn't ever been to a Red Mango before.  I didn't even know that this one at Redmond Town Square was there.  I really appreciated this opportunity because I was able to not only be opened up to Red Mango, but to also learn a little more about our area.

So you want to know my honest opinion of the smoothies?  I thought they were good.  We typically would go to Jamba Juice, but really, these were equally as good, and I am moderately certain they are better priced.  That's always a plus to us especially since Matt likes to try and keep our eating out budget to a minimum.

Please don't forget to check out their website, facebook page and twitter!

Red Mango would also like me to share that between July 1-5, 2013: $2 Super Biotic Smoothies! $2 (plus tax) for any regular size (16oz) Super Biotic smoothie all day, every day in store. Only 16oz Super Biotic smoothies are eligible for this offer. No coupon required to redeem!
