This Week's Menu

I have to apologize in advance for a very short and disjointed post, I am exhausted and waited to long to write this...

Last week, Lucy finished up her level 2 swim class and she now gets to move up to level 3.  I am so proud of her.  She's doing such a great job!

Dexter is loving the water as well, and he's giving me a heart attack in the mean time though.  He's too young for classes yet, so he has to wait until the summer after next before he can take classes.  However I think he won't need them, something about that second child doing everything their older sibling is doing...

Lucy ran in her first one mile fun run this morning.  She did fabulous!  I am so happy that she likes to run and be active.  I hope that one day we can enjoy running together.

Boot camp at Element 5 has been kicking my butt.  I am not complaining, I really want to get this extra weight off before my birthday.  I am thinking of trying to lose 32 lbs by my 32nd birthday.  Or maybe 3 inches by my 32nd birthday.  Regardless of what happens, at least I can say I am trying right?

I tried hot yoga today too.  It was absolutely amazing.  I remember when I worked, there was this kid who did data entry in my office.  She was OBSESSED with Bikram yoga and went like twice a day or something.  Anyway, she kept going on and on about how amazing it was.  I always said I would try a class, sign up, whatever.   But I never did.  Now that I tried it, I am very upset that I didn't do it before.  Think of the YEARS I missed out on!
