This Week's Menu 1/27-2/2

As I said last week, I have done pretty horrible with our Whole 30. It's been more like a kinda Not so Whole 30.  I'm back on the wagon this week and my new plan of action is to be Whole Week, Whatever Weekends.  I think this will work much better for me since the weekends are the hardest for me.  It's just far to tempting to eat out, snack and drink.

And I have no backbone when it comes to all that stuff.

When I do eat Whole 30, I feel so much better.  I don't feel full for very long but I feel more energized, I feel better.  And I dropped weight quickly.  I just feel better.  I wish I could be stronger to keep up with it.

Monday
B-bagels
L-salad and hotdogs
D-chicken and squash

Tuesday
B-eggs and bacon
L-sandwiches/salad
D-grilled steak salad

Wednesday
B-oatmeal for the kids, fruit for me
L-salad with grilled chicken
D-grilled chicken with Brussels sprouts and bacon

Thursday
B-fruit bowl
L-salad with grilled chicken
D-sausage and onions mixed with a butternut squash sauce

Friday
B-eggs and bacon
L-salad
D-fajitas

Saturday
B-fried eggs and bacon
L-salad
D-some sort of soup, Matt's birthday is this day and he is going snowboarding
so I want to have some soup ready for him when he gets home

Sunday
B-quiche
L-salad
D-left overs (or eating out)
steak (2)
bacon
sausage
chicken breasts (6)
squash
lettuce
cantaloupe
brussel sprouts
butternut squash
onions
red bell peppers
green bell peppers
