This Week's Menu 1/6-1/12

I'm starting a journey into eating better, working out more and plain ol' talking care of myself.  As part of my "It's Time" project, I have looked at every aspect of my life.  I want to feel happier, I want to feel healthier.  So I am starting from the beginning, what goes in my body.

For the next 30 days (starting from the 1st), I will be cutting out grains, sugar and alcohol (except for the 5th because that is our anniversary and I want to have wine).

Wednesday
B-eggs with sausage scrambled together

D-italian chicken soup

Thursday
B-avocado slices and tomatoes
L-salad with grilled chicken
D-chicken enchilada stuffed zucchini boats

Friday
B-eggs and bacon
L-left over enchiladas
D-eggplant pizzas

Saturday
B-fried eggs and bacon
L-salad
D-steak and roasted brussel sprouts and bacon

Sunday
B-quiche
L-salad
D-pesto zucchini spaghetti
5 tomatoes
2lbs bacon
4 avocados

4 sweet potatoes
