This Week's Menu 2/9-2/16

Slowly, and I do mean slowly, I have been feeling more organized which makes me feel more helpful and well, not so flustered all the time.

This feeling of being caught up and on top of things is helpful especially since my dietbet challenge has been over, I have completely fallen off the wagon eating wise.  I have been eating like crap and man, I feel it too.

My mom came into town this weekend which has been nice.  She totally helps where I need it most.  I hosted a ladies night her first night here and she totally helped get set up for it without me having to ask.  And then she also helped clean up after.  It was so nice not having to worry about those little things.  Plus, she watched the kids on Sunday night so Matt and I could go out to the movies.  We saw That Awkward Moment and I really liked it.  Matt, of course, was not horribly impressed since it was a chick flick, but he was a good sport about it.

So now on to a very easy, simple and non challenging menu this week since I am preparing for a very tiring week.
