This Week's Menu

There is something exciting coming up this week and I have to share it!  My little Dexter turns THREE on Tuesday!  Holy moly, where has the time gone?  He is the cutest little boy in the whole wide world and he has wiggled into my heart like no other.  I am so excited also because we have struggled a lot with him in the past with sleep issues and speech delays but he has turned into my best little buddy and I feel like I did when Lucy was this age, he's my little side kick, which is fun since Lucy left me for school (:P).

We aren't doing birthday parties this year since we are planning to take the kids to Disneyland in the summer, so I won't have much in the ways of birthday party posts to share with you, but I will be making a cake and it'll be a fun one!  If you remember the monster cake I made for him for his first birthday, it'll be something fun like that!  Anyway, here is my menu for this week and when you are done reading that, scroll down to see the Dr. Seuss quotes printable!

Monday - pork chops and mashed cauliflower and glazed carrots
Tuesday - homemade pizza for Dexter's birthday
Wednesday - taco salad
Thursday - teriyaki chicken with brussel sprout slaw
Friday - baked ziti
Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - homemade baked mac and cheese (requested by Lucy)

This week I have a lot of Dr. Seuss stuff coming this week and I can't wait to share them all!  In my start of this super fun week, I wanted to share this printable I made up for ya!  Instead of doing jokes this week, I decided to do Dr. Seuss quotes for you to add to your kid's lunch boxes!  Pretty fun right?

  1. Candy made your Chicken Sandwiches from last wk and we watched "THE GAME"......It was one of the greatest games I ever saw, as were the sandwiches.......Alas the Pack still lost.....But Congrats to your team.......(We all know though that Red and Louie are Cheese-Heds)

Leave me some love! I read them all and it always makes me feel warm and fuzzy when people comment!
