This Week's Menu
Even though I have a couple camping trips planned, I am going to try to make it work through those trips too! The only exclusions I am allowing myself is the one or two date nights that Matt and I are planning. It's just too hard to try to figure out Whole 30 when you eat out.
So this week, I am planning on eggs and bacon for breakfast with possibly some banana pancakes. Lunches will be salads, a bowl of mixed fruit with some left over steak or a grilled chicken breast. I realize that my lack of planning at this very moment means the next couple days are going to be a struggle for me, but I am prepared for it!
Monday - This stir-fry meal
Tuesday - Kung pao chicken
Wednesday - Going camping with the kids so I am going to make BBQ chicken and a side of fruit salad
Thursday - this pesto zoodle meal that looks amazing!!
Friday - DATE NIGHT!
Saturday - BBQ as long as the weather holds up!
Sunday - tacos
