I am back!
Well as back as I can be.
My 31 days of something series starts on Thursday. I've been slacking on both getting my series button done AND getting projects done and out the door.
So I'll be working really hard this week to getting all that done.
In the mean time, I figured I should post a menu...not for you guys really, but for me, to keep me on track! I always do so much better with cooking when I know before hand what I am going to make.
So what are we having?
Monday - chicken wings
Tuesday - these pork carnitas
Wednesday - egg drop soup and fried rice
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - I think we will try this tandoori chicken
Saturday - eating out
Sunday - something simple, maybe just leftovers
