This Week's Menu
And I've been unfocused with my life. I can't decide what I want to really focus my time on. I've been decluttering my house using the KonMari method. I've been trying to work out. I've been wanting to do Whole 30 again. I wanted to do NaNoWriMo last month. But, in all honesty, I can only do so much. I can't produce good content here if my main focus is elsewhere. And because I've been so unfocused, I will spend a lot of my time not doing any of the things I want to do because I will get overwhelmed.
So now, I am just going to take it one day at a time. If I feel like I want to write, I'll post something. If I feel like I can declutter a room, I will do that. In the mean time, you as my readers will just have to deal with my sporadic, chaotic, inconsistent writing. I hope you all don't mind and want to stick it out with me.
In the mean time, I want to focus on my eating since it will help me with my working out and getting back in shape. For me to do that, I feel like when I menu plan, I tend to not stray as much as when I am just winging it.
Monday - roast in the crock pot with potatoes onions and carrots. When it's cooked I will make a potato gravy (blended gravy, onions and some juice from the crock pot)
Tuesday - fajita salad
Wednesday - Italian sausage potato soup and I will double the recipe so I can freeze half for the following week
Thursday - chicken soup. I will also double this and freeze half. Also, normally I wouldn't make soup two days in a row but with the weather out here the way it is, all I want to do is eat soup.
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - something easy...probably take out pizza
Sunday - Lucy and I are going to see Beauty and the Beast so we will probably eat out this day too.
